Toledo resident, Luis Cabrera Jr's alleged killer is out on bail tonight. He is Alexander Ruiz. Ruiz was only charged in relation to the fatal accident that happened after the bar stabbing. Ruiz's passenger, William Garcia was killed in that collision. Police could not say why Ruiz hasn't been charged for Cabrera's murder. Here is more from today's press briefing:

"So far the driver Alexander Ruiz has since been charged for manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, driving without due care and attention; however, no murder charges have been brought against him as yet while the investigation continues."

"Is there any difficulty being presented at this time to the investigators as to why no murder charges?"

"I will not go into the details as to why that hasn't been done as yet."
