"Last night, sometime around 7 p.m., Belmopan Police was called to an area on the Hummingbird Highway inside Belmopan City limits, where upon arrival, they observed the apparent lifeless body of a Hispanic male, later identified as Pablo Hernandez, 63 years Guatemalan of a Las Flores address. Initial investigation reveal that Mr. Hernandez was riding his bicycle northbound, when he was apparently knocked down by a vehicle from behind. The vehicle did not stopped, and [it] was later intercepted by Hattieville police. So, that vehicle is now impounded, and 1 person is in custody pending this investigation."
