As we reported, the Bar Association of Belize has gotten the legal opinion on the Belize/Guatemala territorial dispute from regional international law expert, Professor Stephen Vasciannie. But that came out from March first. And three weeks later, the Bar Association will be hosting a public forum to present that Legal Opinion. In a release sent out today it states that forum is “to discuss the legal issues raised in the Opinion with a view to furthering the national education campaign on the territorial dispute. Professor Stephen Vasciannie will be participating via skypeâ€. The public forum will be held on this Friday, March 22nd , at the Bliss from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
