It stirred a social media sensation back in October when a BDF soldier, 36-year-old Yusuf Bilal Junior was charged for burning up four dozen of his wife’s Victoria’s Secret panties valued at $600 dollars.  He allegedly did it out of jealousy, but was charged for arson - an indictable offence which tried in the Supreme Court. 

Well, today, his 57 year old wife told the court that she doesn’t want any further court action.  She told Magistrate Emerson Banner that the police wouldn’t allow her to drop the charge, so she went to court today to do so. She told the judge that Bilal Junior has paid her back for her underwear and that’s the end of it for her.

With that, the prosecution’s case went out the door, and the soldier walked out of court a free man.

In his wife’s original compliant, she said Bilal sent her a text saying that he was going to their home to burn up all her underwear since she only wants to wear them for another man and not model in them for him.
