An Indianville man has been charged for Saturday's hit and run in Hicatee village, Toledo. The victim is 21 year old Adriano Choco. Police told us more about the charges against the driver.

"Police have arrested and charged Gilberto Sam 27 years of an Indian creek address for manslaughter by negligence causing death by careless conduct, drove without due care and attention, failing to report and accident, failed to stop and render aid and driving with alcohol concentration beyond the prescribed limit."

"Based on witnesses that saw the vehicle going to that direction the police preceded in that direction and following on several other leads then to the detention of Mr. Sam."
