Police still have a number of men detained for the murder of San Ignacio resident, 26 year old Kevin Frutos. As we reported, he went missing last week Friday. He was last seen in the company of three men who he met while drinking at a Belmopan bar. Frutos - we should note - had just gotten paid that day. "So far police have several persons in their custody and the evidence gathered so far has been submitted to the D.P.P. for her directives. We are of the opinion that charges are likely against several of those persons. The motive so far seems to have robbery."

"So some of his personal items were missing inclusive of the money that he just had collected?"

"We are not able to say whether or not monies were missing. However, some other items were missing which are already in police's possession."
