He was the driver of a motorbike that had a massive collision with a barrier on the road at mile 8 last week Sunday. 28 year old Walter Lobos had massive injuries and his passenger 20 year old Zenya Ayala died on the spot. He was left critical, but died this morning at 9:00 am - 8 days after the accident.
According to reports he was driving at high speed and wearing a helmet while his passenger was not.
