Speedbump Sends Man On Motorcycle Flying

And while gun violence is an all too familiar theme in the news - recently, motorcycle accidents have been emerging as another leading cause of traumatic deaths. And there was another fatal accident on San Pedro early this morning. Police told us about the death of 28 year old Guatemalan Samuel Pasqual who hit a speedbump and careened into a cement pillar. "This morning at about 2 a.m., San Pedro police visited the polyclinic where they observed Samuel Pascual Lopez, 28 years Guatemalan with severe body injuries. What police gathered so far is that Samuel Lopez was riding his motorcycle on Sea Grape Drive heading south of the island, when upon crossing a bump, he lost control and landed at a cement post where the motorcycle crashed and the motorcycle received extensive damages. The person was later taken to the hospital where he later on passed away."
