To many youths, a party or an outing without liquor is just no fun. Well, Commissioner of Police Chester Williams can care less about being a party pooper. At yesterday's press briefing in Belmopan he told us that minors will be banned from alcohol consumption zones at public events. Williams enforced that new policy at the show grounds on Sunday. Here is how he explained it.
And these measures will also be enforced outside the showgrounds. Williams is going after those nightclubs and stores that sell liquor to minors and who have minors selling liquor at their establishment. Here is how he put it.
