We spoke to Humes' mother off camera late this evening. Maria Hamilton got the terrible news around midday today from a friend over a phone call. She was at work and had no idea that her son had been executed. Hamilton says she had to call police to find out more information. She told us this evening that she has no idea why her son was killed. Here is what she had to say.
Humes' body will be sent to Belize City tomorrow for the post mortem.
