By now, all Belizean voters should have a basic understanding of the Belize/Guatemala territorial claim, its history, and why it is that you are being asked to vote in next week Wednesday's referendum. 

Each voter has to make up their mind on whether or not they support taking Guatemala's claim over Belize to the International Court of Justice.

But in case you haven't or you're still confused, Norman Rodriguez, the magistrate who's returned back to private practice as an attorney, has written a book to provide a sort of cliff notes version of the claim. It's called "To Go or Not To Go. Is it the Solution to the Belize-Guatemala Territorial Dispute?"

He stopped by our office to tell us why Belizeans could benefit from reading his book:
