And "messing with our minds" is also the term the Prime Minister used to describe President Jimmy's little Geography Lesson one month ago. That's the episode when he went into a classroom in Guatemalan school children and told them that the correct way to draw the map of their country is by including Belize.
The PM said - in his opinion - there's only one way to stop that:..

"Teaching the children that it is wrong how you draw the map - that you should include Belize. As a government how do you all see this. This upsets a lot of us as Belizeans and what is your message to us?"

"That's what I am saying, we need to put an end to these mind games that people as high up as the President plays with us. We need to put an end to this claim and that's why we need to go to the ICJ."
