19 year old call center worker Hailey Canto is in hot water after allegedly scalding a fellow employee at Icon Call Center. According to what was presented in court,
At around 7:45 on the morning of April 11th, 21 year old Briannie Rose says she was walking in the hallway when Canto bumped into her. She asked Canto to say sorry, but Canto refused.
Rose then went to her desk and while she was there, she claims Canto walked up to her and threw hot water on her which caused burns to her neck, cheek and shoulder. Rose was admitted to ward at Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released. Canto was represented in court by attorney Leeroy Banner.
