He is the 48 year old resort owner from Big Falls Toledo who shot his 32 year old wife Noehmy Duarte in the neck before dawn yesterday - causing her to die from her injuries. Hew told police it was an accident - which happened as he was putting his licensed, loaded and cranked 380 pistol on his waist.
