In last night’s newscast, we told you about the sentencing hearing for 31 year-old Henry Jacobs. He was convicted in a trial without jury before Justice Marilyn Williams of the April 2012 gun killing of 49 year-old Brian Welch.
We told you that Justice Williams gave him a sentence of 20 years in Prison, but we got it wrong. Actually, the judge sentenced Jacobs to life imprisonment, with the possibility of parole after he has served 20 years in jail.
