So, while police moved quickly to intercept the vehicle with those stolen items from Belize Waste Control, they must looked for a gunman who nearly shot 34 year-old Alrick Smith twice in the head.

The Ladyville resident was grazed twice after he got into a scuffle with a masked gunman, who came to kill him. It happened at around 11 o'clock last night on Pigeon street, when Smith was walking toward Perez Road.
