"Police responded to an RTA around 8:30 pm in San Narciso Village. Reports received was that Yansi Eck was riding a bicycle when he was hit by a Ford Escape being driven at the time by Jorge Cawich. He was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead on arrival. Jorge Cawich has since been detained. He is detained at this time pending investigation of this fatal RTA."
