The Taiwanese Minister of Transport and Communications is currently in Belize. He and his delegation flew here to hold high-level meetings with his counterpart, Tourism Minister Manuel Heredia Jr., and the executives of the Belize Tourism Board. 

The Government of Taiwan is offering to help Belize improve it’s tourism product by offering their expertise, knowledge, and best practices.

After extended discussions today, Minister Heredia and the Taiwanese Minister of Transport and Communications signed a letter of intent, and they invited the press for this important ceremony. 7News was there, and here’s what a few of the officials had to say about this new agreement:
