On Tuesday we told you about the early morning accident at the airport junction. Today police gave us the official report on the accident and said that the Kia Sportage driver Jason Pascual will turn himself in. Here is more from police.

"Reference the accident that happened on Tuesday, what we understand is that Mr. Jeremy McLaughlin was on his way to Belize City and whilst reaching at the airport junction, a vehicle was turning into the airport junction, and as a result the vehicle collided into Mr. McLaughlin. He received severe bodily injuries. He was admitted into the hospital and he is in a critical condition at this moment. The driver of the vehicle Mr. Jason Pascual has been issued with a notice of intended prosecution and I was told that he will be presenting himself at the Ladyville Police Station for the charges to be read to him."
As the security video shows, though the motorcycle rider was traveling at high speed, the Kia Sportage was turning left - which means it has to give way.
