He's no Fidel or Raul, but Edmond Castro is in Cuba has received a warm reception in Cuba where he is on an official visit. He is attending the 17th Annual Meeting of the Caribbean Council of Ministers of Postal Affairs, and also taking some time out to meet Belizean medical students. In a release sent today it says "Castro congratulated them for their dedication and sacrifice to enhance their education, and he encouraged them to continue studying hard as they prepare themselves to better serve their country when they return home." Castro returns to Belize tomorrow.
