BTL CEO Rocus Schreiber announced his departure abruptly on Friday - and now the question is who will replace him. But, seems it's not a matter of great intrigue within the company as Chief Financial Officer Ivan Tesecum is likely to get the nod.
Tesecum has served as interim CEO before in 2017 when Anwar Barrow stopped aside and applications were being fielded for a new CEO. But, this time, he is expected to get named to the post substantively.
Schreiber's unexpected departure is still somewhat of a mystery as he walks away from a huge compensation package, and a company he modernized significantly in two years at the helm. Reports suggest there were conflicts at the senior management level. Schreiber has given the required 90 days notice.
