And, it's not only the PM's name and his Deputy that got called, but the report also points to a familiar name in investment schemes, Minister of economic Development, Investment and Trade, Erwin Contreras. The Minister who is often heard about, but rarely heard from - is also a contractor, accusing to the document:

"One of the developments of Sanctuary Bay, one of the developments prominent figures is Erwin Contreras, who held various positions in Barrow's government including Minister of Economic Development and Minister of Trade. He's also currently a member of Belize's House of Representatives. Contreras is an engineer who handled construction for SBE through enforcement action defendant Sittee River Wildlife Reserve. I don't know when Contreras became an engineer. You know what happened, there was in fact an Erwin Contreras who worked for Sanctuary Bay, not Erwin Winchy Rafael Contreras, the guy sent his picture to Erwin with his name and said, I see they have confused you with me. But my goodness man wasn't that something they FTC ought to have checked before defaming in my view Erwin Contreras and saying he was an engineer, he was working full time SBE providing cost estimates? Does that not then put the whole thing in the proper light?"
