"So, there is a parcel and you will see it on many of the maps, between the two sites that we are now asking for lease opportunities and it is in front of the resource center. That triangle area that is adjacent to the canal just beyond where I am standing right now is going to be the triangle park. We are hoping that that is going to be a full community amenity. In the grand scheme of the master plan we are hoping to put a covered roof for basketball, of course, and other sports that want to be played under there and any recreation and any weekend activities as a compliment to the community."
There is no stated timeline for completion of the park.
