Last year there was no softball tournament for the primary school division, and that was because of the lack equipment and gears, but now 12 schools will share $35,000 in high quality equipments for their softball program. The Belize City softball Federation stepped in and with the help of the Philadelphia adult softball league, 12 schools will each receive softball gears amounting to 3,500. President of the Belize City Softball federation Shane Williams told us more.
Wednesday through to Friday the visiting Philadelphia all star team will be playing several Belize teams at the Rogers Stadium. The week long summer camp and games ends with a massive concert right after Friday's game. Kick off time every night is 7:00.
