A 26 year old man named Frank Ivan Trapp is in a whole lot of trouble with police. His saga of lawlessness started in San Pedro on Saturday. That's when Shirlene Sentino reported that he broke into her house and stole $17,000 in jewelry. He then allegedly abducted her in a minivan around 1:00 am the following morning, but she escaped. That's when he tried to flee and rammed into a fence near Banyan Bay.
He sustained a fractured skull, he was treated at the poly clinic and airlifted to Belize city via air ambulance for further treatment at the KHMH.
But, while awaiting the doctor he allegedly escaped from the hospital yesterday afternoon. He was recaptured in Corozal. He was arrested and charged with theft, abduction and assault.
