53 year old Clothing vendor Jose Hilario Diaz was gunned down at his stall on Tuesday evening. Well, police don't have the shooter just yet, but they have accused 23 year old Leroy Haulze of abetment to murder.
Haulze who is a well-known criminal figure from Taylor's Alley was arraigned for that crime. Police say surveillance footage indicates that Haulze acted with someone to commit the offense of abetment to murder. Police are still looking for that other suspect.
In court today, Haulze was only read the charge, then denied bail and remanded to prison until August 20 2019.
Haulze was presently out on bail, because in December of 2018 he was charged with kept firearm and ammunition and remanded.
