On June 6th of this year, Armstrong was convicted of being a member of a criminal gang. He pleaded guilty and was fined $3,500 dollars. But, as he told us at the time - he had already been sentenced by the streets:

"If I move from Rocky Road, where the f*** am I going to live, where am I going to live? They are going to kill me, my brother. They just shot after me on Albert Street. I can't walk anywhere. None of us can go anywhere!"
Our records show that in 2001, Armstrong - then just 14 - was accused of fatally shooting 33 year old David Ramirez. He was charged for murder but convicted of the lesser offence of manslaughter. In 2015, when he was 29, he told us he spent half his life in prison:

"Because I went to jail from I was 14."

"Yes, so I'm not into any problem."
