"He got drunk, so he said that he would sleep on the veranda. I got up and I left the man there. When I look, the tacos lady came and said that the thing knock down "Pulu" and when I came I see the man on the road knocked out, he was broken up."
Blood samples will be taken from Vanegas' body. The case file will be sent to the DPP.
