Police are looking at a member of his immediate family as their prime suspect. And that's a jarring coincidence because Oliver Peters just come out of jail a few months ago - after spending five years on remand for killing his Uncle.
And now he is the one fighting for his life - after being stabbed allegedly by a member of his immediate family.
Today his sister told us that two brothers were fighting:...

"They had an argument but brother and brother were fighting and had a dispute from there they started to quarrel and started to fight and after that it lead to the stabbing."
"I don't know I can't tell you. I know it was a dispute argument about family argument their own thing, they was drinking."
