A 16 year old August Pine Ridge resident crashed into a Police Constable's vehicle, fortunately no one was hurt. The teen, Edwin Chi is tonight recovering at the Northern Regional Hospital from injuries. It happened on Sunday evening around 5:00. According to reports, Chi was driving a red Meilun motorcycle traveling towards San Antonio in Orange Walk when he collided into a white Honda Civic driven at the time by Police Constable Rudel Pau. It happened near the bridge at the entrance of the village.
The teenager reportedly crashed into the passenger side of the vehicle and was thrown off the motorcycle and onto the road.
Orange Walk Police are currently investigating this matter.
