Belize's female Under 17 team has advanced to the Concacaf Women's Under-17 Championship. This is after they finished atop their group in last week's 2019 Concacaf Women's Under-17 Championship Qualifying.
They join Honduras, Cayman Islands, and Guyana who also qualified.
The Belize team won their final game against Saint Kits and Nevis four goals to three. They went into second half down 2-0 but quickly recovered by scoring four goals in the second half. The game was played din Barbados.
A press conference will be held to highlight the team upon their return.
