It happened off Police Street near the Inspiration Center one week ago.
Police say the 17 year old and the older man had a dispute:...
Supt. Alejandro Cowo "Reference the shooting of Brindell Munnings, police arrested and charged a minor for the crime of attempted murder, use if deadly means of harm and dangerous harm. There was some misunderstanding between the allege shooter and him a previous day in reference to a bicycle."
Munnings is now reported to be stable and recovering.
