Ready or not, September is here and the pre-carnival motorcades and mas camp madness has already begun. And, to officially launch the September celebrations, opening ceremonies were held on Saturday in Punta Gorda. Here are a few excerpts from the event.
Next year's opening ceremonies will be held in Dangriga.
