Brandon T Convicted Ex Parte
posted (September 4, 2019)
2 years ago, 33-year-old Brandon Taylor, a resident of Jane Usher Boulevard, was busted by police with a firearm that he attempted to discard when he spotted by the cops. Tonight, he's facing several thousand dollars in fines after he was found guilty in an ex-parte judgment from Magistrate Emerson Banner.

He testified in his case and denied that the firearm was his, but after reviewing all the evidence, Magistrate Banner did not believe him.

The Magistrate found him guilty and sentenced him to a fine of $3,500 for each offense. He has been given until the end of October to come up with half of the money for these fines, and if he doesn't finish paying it off by November 30th, he will spend 3 years in jail.

He was represented by attorney Leeroy Banner.
