Last week we brought you a crime story with a happy ending. A store was robbed in Ladyville but one of the bad guys was chased down by some neighborhood heroes. The other was later arrested by the Police. Today those bad guys had their day in court.
20 Year old Theodore Garcia and a 16 year old high school student appeared separately but both pleaded not guilty to the charge. They have been remanded until October 9th
According to the owner of the Mike's store, 27 year old Jiu Tiu Wu, she was robbed of $957. Police were able to recover $534 from the minor during the citizen's arrest that led to his capture.
