Four masked armed men robbed a sports bar in Orange Walk. It happened on Friday night at 9:00 in Trinidad Village. Business owner Nilvia Susana Santos along with a worker and 4 male customers were inside the bar when the thieves stormed in. One of the men had a pistol, the other had a shot gun and they attacked the customers. Santos ran to hide in a room in the back. She said she heard a gunshot and when she re-emerged the men had already made off with $672 dollars in different denominations, and a cell phone. Police found a homemade shotgun along with an empty .22 shell cartridge and a Jeep Cherokee.
