The UDP leadership race is heating up - and, this weekend, two notable divisions declared their support for John Saldivar. They are Mesopotamia and Corozal Southeast. It's notable because those divisions - under different standard bearers - both supported Patrick Faber in his last bid for leader. Saldivar posted a picture of he and Shyne Barrow - and Barrow posted back a pledge of support. And, Tony Herrera from Corozal Southeast also posted a Saldivar endorsement. Reports from within the party say that Deputy Faber has powerful opponents in the leadership ranks of the UDP.
