At today's press briefing the cops shared more details, and they named the other man who was shot.

"Saturday morning early police were called to an area on Coney Drive, where upon arrival they were informed of a shooting incident. They visited the K.H.M.H. where they saw Jebran Wagner, 21 years being attended to. And also along with him was Richard Leslie who also had gunshot injuries. Wagner succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. What the police know so far is that both persons were at a social function on Coney Drive along with others, when they were approached by a male person who pulled out a handgun and fired several shots towards their direction, causing the aforementioned injuries."

"At this point police are following several leads in respect to this investigation. So far one person is detained pending the investigation as well."

"Is there any connection with his stepfather's murder?"

"That too we are following as part of our investigation. We did look at that information as well so that too we are following on…to see whether or not there is any link between the two. Where though he had several issues with more than one person, so we are looking at that as part of the investigation as well."
