No Water In Toledo’s Second Biggest Village
posted (October 1, 2019)
The second biggest village in the Toledo district, San Antonio was without water today. And the PUP area representative, Oscar Requena says it's the product of chronic meddling in the water board by the ruling UDP.

We spoke to Requena in Toledo today via telephone where he said the Ministry of Rural Development is to blame for thousands of residents waking up to no water:...

Requena says this is a chronic problem in San Antonio.

This evening, Minister of State for rural development Dr. Carla Barnett told us that the pump was off this morning but it's back on now. She added that all the water boards are about to be re-established in concert with the outcome of village council elections and the new reps who were elected. She says she is in the process of communicating with all the area reps.
