A coast Guardsman is facing firearm charges.  54 year old 

Francis Noralez Labourer of a Dangriga Town address, reported that yesterday morning, around 11:15 a.m., whilst he was at the courthouse in Dangriga Town, he had an exchange of words with a Coast Guardsman.  

The Guardsman reportedly owes Norales over a thousand dollars, and Norales went to court to get it back.  But, outside court, Lammey got upset and pulled a 9mm pistol and pointed it at Norales. Police were nearby and the coast Gaurdsman has since been detained pending charges.
