"In regards to the shooing incident that occurred on Thursday, the 3rd day of October 2019, where 3 people were shot, on Sunday, the 6th day of October 2019, Jamal Eligio died at the KHMH, whilst ongoing treatment. These persons had been shot at on that date, and this person succumbed to his injuries."

Two suspects were detained but have been released.
