Apart from those trainings we do professional development workshops for company's, one of our main partners is Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry and we do training for their membership, our key trainings are customer service excellence, we do time management, effective communications, professional etiquette."

"Right now the organization is going through it's 5 year strategic plan and we are plotting out the next 5 years and the goals we will be looking at. We will definitely continue to focus on job preparedness, moving into new industries as well as keeping our stables but all of what we do is to ensure that persons are able to access the employment that is within our country as well as to ensure that they remain employable."

"We have done a lot, we have had great achievements, we have surmounted some serious challenges but we are not at all satisfied with where we have come, we know there is a lot of work in this country that needs to be done."

Over the last 5 years, 1,700 persons have passed through BTEC's job preparedness training of which 75 percent are employed and 1,300 have completed BTEC's professional development training.
