Senior Superintendent Romero also shared a few details about another shooting which happened on Tuesday night on Dolphin Street.

According to the cops, the victim, 23-year-old Russell Reyes, was riding his bicycle, minding his own business, when he heard a gunshot:

"On Tuesday the 8th day of October 2019, at around 10:30 p.m, police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, where they found Russel Reyes, 23-years-old, a Belizean butcher of Belize City, with a single gunshot to the right arm. The investigation has revealed Russel Reyes was riding his bicycle on Dolphin Street, around 10:20 p.m., when he heard a single gunshot, and realized that he had been shot to the right arm. The investigation is ongoing into this case, and no one is in custody, reference this shooting incident."

Police don’t have any suspects for this shooting.
