Police have made an arrest for a weekend murder in the north. 38 year old Gonzalo Flota, from San Lazaro, has been charged for the murder of Hazid Diaz - also from the village.
Diaz was killed after going to socialize in the village and then buried in a shallow grave. Gonzalo Flota was reportedly arrested in Mexico..
