Lawrence Vernon, the Principal Librarian of the Belize Library service today launched another Belizean biography. This time he was commissioned by the family of Monrad Metzgen, a civil servant, politician, and later librarian, to pen the biography titled Monrad Metzgen A Tribute To A Belizean patriot. Earlier today we spoke to Humphrey Metzgen, the son of Monrad, about why Lawrence Vernon was the perfect man to write his father's biography.
