Liquor, liquor and more liquor: that's mostly what you will see starting tomorrow afternoon at the Princess Ramada for Belize's first ever International Tiki Festival. Well ..you may also see some tipsy tiki behavior as well but that's another story… Over 150 bartenders including six visiting bartenders from Peru, Venezuela, Spain, U.S.A., Honduras and Uruguay will be attending. They will be showcasing their rums and sharing their knowledge and bartending skills with Belizean mixologists. There will also be a bartending tiki cocktail competition. Today Emir Sosa, Winner of BTB's 2018 Bartender Competition, told us more about this 3 day festival.
