Flu season is upon us and if you're hoping to save your child from the virus this time around, or just escape it yourself, the seasonal Flu shot is the way to go. 

The vaccine is now available at all public health centers countrywide, and it’s free. 

The flu vaccine is especially recommended for  at-risk groups including children 6â€"23 months, pregnant women, healthcare providers, persons over 65 years, and persons with chronic diseases and conditions.
