We know that November is the time for Punta Fest, and Christmas is the time for the Brukdung Festival. But, is there space on the music calendar or in the music culture for a heavy metal fest?
Well, the rock band Ascenthium isn't about to ask for permission. Their regional festival called Metal Haven is in its 9th year and plays on Saturday at the Cancha Marshalleck in Benque Viejo.
The band's vocalist and drummer told us more:
The fest starts at 7:00 on Saturday night and will feature 7 metal bands.
