Last week, we told you that 25 year old Adam Joseph had been shot on Thursday night in front of the Civic Center. It happened at about 9:45 on Central American Boulevard when an unknown gunman came at Joseph from behind and fired a shot at him. He was transferred to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where the last word was that he was stable. But, this weekend things took a turn for the worse and on Saturday night, he succumbed to his injuries. Police told us more:

"What the police know is that Joseph was riding his bike toward the direction of Belcan bridge when he was approached by a dark complexion male person who fired a single shot which caught him somewhere towards the back of his head, as a result he was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial hospital where on the second of November whilst undergoing treatment he succumbed to those injuries. The police are following several leads in regards to the investigation at this point in time."
A postmortem revealed Joseph's cause of death to have been a Cardio Pulmonary Thrombo embolism due to the gunshot wound.
