Police busted two Belmopan residents with about 52 pounds of weed on Saturday morning. Both were arrested and charged. Police told us more.

"On the 2nd of November sometime after 8:00am in the morning Belmopan police conducted a search at the home one one Shirleen Nunez and Trevor Nunez on Blue Hole Street in Belmopan City during the search police discovered one large brown in colour bag which when opened contained 3 large parcels of suspected cannabis which when weighed amounted to 23,570 grams both persons have since been arrested and charged for possession with intent to supply a control drug."
